Top fitness tips you need to know!
When it comes to achieving your fitness goals, there are a few tips and tricks to make sure that you stay right on track for this. Remember what happens after training is just as important as the training itself.
  • Make sure you have some form of exercise everyday, alongside 3 days of high intensity training per week
  • Moderation is key, try to balance your nutrition. This breaks down into protein, fat and carbohydrates - remember that too much of anything is well... too much!
  • Use an app or a diary to keep track of your calories and macro nutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates)
  • Sleep is where muscle growth and repair happens, therefore be sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per day
  • Think outside the box and stay consistent, whether you have a gym or no gym, use fitness equipment or rely on bodyweight training, do whatever it takes to ensure you keep exercising regularly 

With these four fitness tips, you should be able to stay on track to achieving your goals.
